Emilio Pucci presents its new eyewear collection for the fall-winter 2015/16 season, produced and distributed by the Marcolin Group following the new licensing agreement between the two organisations
The new models by Emilio Pucci for its Fall/Winter 2015-16 collection perfectly interprets the aesthetic philosophy of the florentine brand, one that’s characterised by tradition, elegance and style offset with modern touches, celebrating a creative vision in continuous evolution. Refined materials, stunningly modern design, sophisticated production techniques, master craftsmanship, attractive construction and an unerring pursuit of quality are the defining features of these new creations: a classy reinterpretation of elegance and femininity.
The Sunglasses Collection:
The square-shaped geometric EP0001 sunglasses are characterised by innovative detailing on the metal temples, the outside of which are printed with the trademark Vivara pattern. Sublime use of colour brings out the contrast between the acetate front section and metal bridge and temples, while the blended-/flash – effect lenses accentuate the easy-to-wear vibe.
A variety of materials combine to breathe life into the modern shaping of the EP0003 model, while the enchanting profiling of the squared form EP0004 model in metal and acetate give it a retro feel to the whole affair. Another reminiscing the retro theme is the EP0009 model in acetate and metal that exudes a sense of simplicity and elegance, a charm only enhanced by their feminine architectonic structure and gently squared profiling.
There’s a real vintage charm running through the 1960s-inspired EP0007 model. The geometric silhouette belies a wrap-around profile, with a thin metal bar linking upper section and temples. Acetate adds aesthetic beauty to the glasses, accentuating the air of dominance. Meanwhile, the iconic Butterfly and Ribbons prints make the frames unmistakably Emilio Pucci.
Elements of transparency characterise the iconic rounded shape of the markedly feminine EP0012 model. The front is brought to life through the juxtaposition of two acetate rings that reveal the Zadig print, while the circular metal base lends a timeless elegance to the model. Subtle and discreet, the bridge complements the exquisite metal detailing between the front and stems, encapsulating the refined, exclusive feel of these glasses.
The soft lines and ultra-light design of these EP0013 sunglasses in acetate and metal exude an almost ethereal sense of weightlessness. The rounded front section is brought to life by four irreverent glitter-effect acetates, in homage to left-field, individual elegance. A refined metal thread embellishes the outline of the upper section, drawing the eye to thin temples which conceal the brand’s engraved logo.
