Drive to surprise, to make a difference, to attract attention: the new La Matta collection, manufactured by Area98, and introduced at Silmo 2013 is all about details that surprise and conquer.
Eight models with sophisticated and alluring appearance: the new La Matta eyewear never goes unnoticed. The front—in metal or acetate, available also in bi colour—is combined with temples featuring animalier prints softened by purple, green or blue hues and customized with pearly nuances. Digital printing techniques also allow creating original graphic and colour effects inspired to murals.
The frames with feminine lines, with soft and sinuous bridge, emphasize the cat shape inspired to the sixties, revealing their personality into the temple details: exclusive gems in acetate or decorative elements in metal and acetate strung like pearls of a necklace make these accessories real jewels.
By no coincidence, the technique of micro-casting was drawn from goldsmithing and it was used to apply on the temples a metal décor recalling a nugget with enameled colours or in glossy/matt version.
