How do I keep an eyeliner pencil or pen from smudging in the crease of my eye?
In order for your eyeshadows, pencils and liners not to crease and smudge or transfer into the eyelid or crease of the eye you must always use a base on your eyelid. The eyes tend to get quite oily so if you leave them bare it can make your makeup run and smudge. You can either use concealer with powder or a specific eye primer or base created for the purpose of mattifying the eyelid. Also use water resistant eye pencils and avoid using kohl on the skin.
I have thick black eyebrows which I adore. Please suggest eye makeup to suit thick Eyebrows?
Congrats on having amazing thick luscious brows. They are always in fashion and make you look youthful. The trick with having dark full brows is deciding what you want to play up on your makeup. If it is the eyes concentrate on a dark smoky eye with kohl inside the eye for a smouldering evening look and keep the rest of the face bare with minimal blush and nude lips. If it is the lips you would like to play up keep the eye completely nude with just a touch of mascara, brush your brows in place with some clear gel and use a bright lipstick like red or even a darker more vampy lip will suit. It’s all about balance. Never play up all the features as this can be distracting and also look too heavy. Like the fashion world’s newest IT girl, Cara Delevingne, dont be afraid to show off those gorgeous thick brows.

A good tip for eyeglasses wearers is to enhance the eyes, as they tend to get lost behind glasses. Use a good gel liner to define the eyes without smudging. Avoid using too much shimmer eyeshadows as they can cause an unflattering glare behind the lenses. Use plenty of mascara and don’t forget to curl the lashes. Keep your base looking natural and flawless with great foundation. Make sure to cover any dark circles with a good peach corrector. Then finish off with your favourite lipstick or gloss for a flawless and classic look.
My eyelashes curl easily, but they are not long. I am allergic to the glue that you use to put on fake eyelashes, but I would like to try using them. Is there something I can do about that?
You are probably allergic to latex which is the main ingredient found in eyelash glues. If you do a little shopping around you will find that there are now many latex-free eyelash glues out there. DUO eyelash adhesive make a non-latex version and this is the best on the market. You can also look into having eyelash extensions put in, as this could also be a more semi permanent option. Just pre-check that the salon uses non-latex adhesives.
