ZEISS ‘YOU&EYE’ AWARDS 2026

The 10th edition of the ZEISS ‘YOU&EYE’ AWARDS 2026 marked a historic milestone for India’s optical retail industry, bringing together the country’s most respected opticians, industry leaders and innovators for a grand evening of celebration, recognition and inspiration at The Westin Mumbai Garden City on June 14, 2026.

A decade ago, the ZEISS ‘YOU&EYE’ AWARDS launched with a vision to create India’s first and only consumer-driven recognition platform for eyewear retailers. Ten years later, that vision has evolved into the most trusted and prestigious benchmark of excellence in the industry.

At the heart of the ZEISS YOU&EYE Awards journey is Mr Siraj Bolar, Founder and CEO of FourPlus Media, a visionary known for creating trends rather than following them. With his forward-thinking ideas, relentless passion and deep understanding of the optical industry, he has built platforms that have not only transformed industry conversations but also created benchmarks of excellence. 

Promoted by FourPlus Media and powered by ZEISS, this landmark edition was more than an awards ceremony; it was a celebration of legacy, leadership and the future of eyewear retail.

The evening opened with a ceremonial lamp lighting led by industry stalwarts and key partners, symbolising the beginning of a new chapter for the platform. This was followed by a vibrant welcome performance by celebrated singer Nakash Aziz, who brought his trademark energy to the stage and set the tone for the evening.

The event featured keynote addresses by Mr Jasbir Bolar, Marketing Director at FourPlus Media; Mr Rohan Paul, Business Head – India & Neighbouring Markets, Vision Care, Carl ZEISS India; and Mr Satish Menon, who shared his vision for the future growth of the ZEISS ‘YOU&EYE’ Awards and VisionPlus EXPO Dubai.

Throughout the evening, India’s top eyewear retailers were honoured across multiple categories, including Best Store Display & Design, Best Product Portfolio, Best Marketing Initiative, Best CSR Initiative, Rising Star, Excellence in Customer Service, Excellence in Clinical Support and the highly coveted Best Eyewear Retailer awards.

What makes the ZEISS ‘YOU&EYE’ AWARDS unique continues to be its foundation in consumer trust. As India’s only consumer-voted optical awards platform, every recognition reflects authentic customer experiences and genuine retail excellence.

The evening was further energised by a high-energy rhythmic drumming performance by Sushil Atre, interactive spot prize rounds and memorable moments that captured the spirit of the industry.
