PRADA Launches ‘Possible Conversations’

PRADA has organised a series of digital talks exploring culture, fashion and lifestyle via Instagram. As part of the Prada universe which is called ‘Pradasphere’, these series of exploratory discussions are on a wide variety of topics and is called ‘Possible Conversations’

Fashion exists as an essential part of a wider cultural conversation: it is a participant in a dialogue, between different belief systems and mediums.

At this time, in the current landscape which is be re-shaped by certain limitations, it is important to work within those limitations & yet thrive brilliantly through innovation in technology. With this mindset Prada launches Prada ‘Possible Conversations’, a series of live dialogues between thinkers, cultural arbiters and fashion figures across the world-bringing together individuals, with their variety of thoughts.

A digital iteration and evolution of Prada’s international live event programmes, speakers are connected together on Prada’s Instagram to engage in real-time conversations. Echoing a belief in fashion’s inherent nature – the inspiration comes from multiple realms of art and architecture, music, cinema and more.

These series involved interesting topics like ‘Fashion in Times of Crisis’ with two fantastic speakers. Speaker on one end of the conversation was Alexander Fury-Fashion Features Director of AnOther Magazine and Men’s Critic of the Financial Times. The other end of the conversation was addressed by Pamela Golbin-Author, curator and Artistic Director of Jacquard x Google Arts & Culture Artist Residency.
